In April 2018 HCE completed the design for the rehabilitation of 60 wastewater pump stations for Palm Beach County Water Utilities. The HCE team has been diligently working on this project for the last two years and is proud to have completed the project on time and under budget. This project has an estimated construction value of over $10 million and will be constructed in phases beginning this year.
