HCE is pleased to provide both grant administration and certified payroll support services to our clients. We work with our clients and contracted project professionals to ensure all levels of the project are conducted in compliance with the applicable federal, state, and/or local requirements. HCE provides grant administration assistance in the following areas:

  • Preparation of grant contract paperwork
  • Preparation and submittal of quarterly progress reports
  • Preparation and submittal of reimbursement request packages
  • Preparation of responses to RFIs
  • Coordination for any amendments to the original grant contract, or any additional reports
  • Project closeout

HCE staff are experienced with certified payroll compliance and can offer review of weekly contractor and subcontractor(s) payrolls to ensure the Davis Bacon wage requirements are met. HCE also provides assistance conducting labor interviews with the contractor’s personnel throughout the construction duration.
