HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In April 2022, HCE welcomed Tony Campbell as a new construction manager. Tony is a Class A Licensed Operator and a licensed general contractor. He brings over 13 years of operations and maintenance experience in the water and wastewater field. Most recently, Tony served as the Director of Operations and Facilities at Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority in Colorado before returning to Florida. He will be assisting with HCE’s construction management, construction inspection, and design-build services. The extent of his practical expertise in water and wastewater utility projects has proven to be an important resource for our organization. We are very excited to have Tony onboard!
