HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In April 2022, HCE welcomed Kristin Fecko, PE as a new project engineer and grants manager. Kristin graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Syracuse and Penn State University, respectively. She also holds a master’s in Technical Writing from the University of Central Florida. She has over 16 years of experience in providing project management, engineering, and technical writing services across a range of industries, including utilities and water control districts. Kristin has written and developed permit applications, proposals, request for qualification (RFQ) submittals, grant applications, and instructional guides. Her proficiency in grant management, funding research, and project engineering has already made her a valuable asset to our team and to our clients, particularly as funding for water and wastewater infrastructure projects continues to be a national priority. We are very excited to welcome Kristin to the HCE team!
