HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In August 2025, HCE welcomed Don Wear as a new CAD Designer. Don recently relocated from San Diego, California, where he spent over 30 years at Parsons Engineering. Don is a veteran CAD designer, and his skills and experience have enabled him to hit the ground running on several of our ongoing projects. In his free time, Don enjoys golfing. He has already proven to be a significant asset to our team, and we are so excited to welcome him onboard!
