HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In October 2025, HCE welcomed Jason Broadrick as a new construction inspector. Jason holds a degree in Fire Science from Citrus County Fire Academy, where he spent 8 years serving the community as a career firefighter. He has since switched fields and has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, he held the position of Construction Supervisor where he managed various successful wastewater treatment and utility projects. Outside of work, Jason is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, sporting clays, and making memories with his family. We know he will be a valuable resource for our team and we are thrilled to welcome him onboard!
