On May 18th, HCE presented at the 2022 FWPCOA Region V Short School in Port St. Lucie. The FWPCOA Short School is designed to advance water and wastewater operator knowledge in the industry’s latest technologies and best practices. HCE’s talk centered on capital improvement planning. Members of our engineering team discussed topics including asset inventory and tool development, the HB 53 20 Year Wastewater Needs Analysis, master planning and hydraulic modeling, as well as cost estimating and control in today’s uncertain times. HCE was pleased to be apart of this event and looks forward to continuing to invest in and collaborate with the region’s water and wastewater professionals.
